Sweet's Corners Bee Co. is a family-owned apiary located in Lyndhurst, Ontario near the picturesque 1000 Islands. They produce wildflower honey and beeswax products including candles, lip balm and hand cream.
Their candles are made with 100% natural, unbleached beeswax with wicks made from plant-based material (no lead or zinc-core wicks are used).
Our customers often ask us why beeswax candles are so much better than paraffin candles. Beeswax candles don't smoke and give off more heat and light than paraffin candles. The production of beeswax is natural and environmentally friendly. The wax is essentially made from the nectar collected by honey bees and has a unique and natural honey-like scent. This is in contrast to the production of paraffin wax, which is harmful to the earth. Beeswax candles don't give off harmful chemicals or leave behind a sooty residue in your home and in your lungs, as does paraffin.
Sweet's Corners Bee Co. beeswax body care products combine quality and natural ingredients, resulting in unique products that your skin will love. All of the beeswax used is refined and unbleached, ensuring the best quality with the least environmental impact. In order to meet the highest standards, only therapeutic grade natural oils are used in these products. Whenever possible, organically produced oils are used. Combined with honey, these ingredients come together to impart the goodness of nature into each of these hand-made products.
