This Retail Returns Policy governs products purchased from the online retail store on the web site accessed at the URLs http://www.eco-source.com and http://www.eco-source.ca (the "site").

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from the site, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with original packaging and documentation and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Before returning anything to Eco-Source, please send us an email (at eco-source@email.com), explaining the reason for the return. We will provide a "Return Authorization Number" that should be marked prominently on the mailing label.
